Lash lifts & tinting
Keep lashes dry and free of makeup for 24 hours. No rubbing, no steam rooms, no oil-based products for 48 hours. A patch test 48 hours before your first tint or lift is required. [CHECK]
Brow lamination & tinting
Keep brows dry for 24 hours, then brush daily with the aftercare serum. Avoid exfoliants and retinol on the brow area for one week. [CHECK]
Waxing
No hot showers, exercise, swimming or sun on the waxed area for 24–48 hours. Loose clothing helps. Gentle exfoliation from day three keeps regrowth clean. [CHECK]
Facials & skin treatments
Skip actives (AHA, BHA, retinol) for 48 hours and wear SPF daily. Your skin may be flushed the same evening — that settles overnight. [CHECK]

Do I need a patch test?
Yes — for your first tint, lash lift or lamination, book a free patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. [CHECK]
Why evenings?
The studio is built around after-hours appointments — Wednesday to Friday 6–9 pm, Saturday all day — so you never have to fit beauty around work.
Can I bring my kids?
The studio is adults-only, so the hour is genuinely yours.
How do I pay?
Through the Fresha app at booking or on the night — instant confirmation either way.
What if I need to cancel?
Reschedule or cancel through Fresha. [CHECK] Notice period and any fee to confirm with Natalie.
Is there parking?
Yes — parking is available at 123 Goulburn Street.
